RAK Free Zone is among the most economical and fastest-growing free zones in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). It has developed into a world-class business hub with state-of-the-art infrastructure and hi-tech facilities for industrial growth and development since its inception in 2000.
RAKFTZ offers an extensive range of facilities, including Flexi Offices, standard offices, Shell and Core facilities, warehouses and industrial lands.
The establishment of any business in RAKFTZ requires a minimum capital of AED 100,000. The company needs to have proof of capital from a bank within the UAE showing the minimum share capital, which will remain on that account until the issuance of the trade license. When the license is issued, the entire share capital can be withdrawn.
